In our last two events, we had a blast discussing the Netflix documentary series âLive to 100: Secrets of Blue Zonesâ and exploring how we can incorporate some of the showâs lessons in our day-day. In this book, author Dan Buettner offers actions steps to implement the Blue Zone lifestyle of better nutrition, more exercise, and a stronger social life (thanks Lori for recommending!).
